Texas Sheet Cake

CAKE INGREDIENTS:

2 sticks oleo

4 T. cocoa

1 c. water

2 c. flour

2 c. sugar

1/2 t. salt

1 t. soda

2 eggs

1/2 c. sour cream


CAKE DIRECTIONS:

Bring oleo, cocoa, and water to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar, and salt. Beat in soda, eggs, and sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes in a greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 pan.


FROSTING INGREDIENTS:

1 stick oleo

4 T. cocoa

6 T. milk

1 # box powdered sugar (lb.)

1 t. vanilla


FROSTING DIRECTIONS:

Bring oleo, cocoa, and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
