Chocolate Fondue

INGREDIENTS:

6 1oz squares unsweetened chocolate

1 1/2 c sugar

1 c light cream

1/2 c butter

1/8 t salt


DIRECTIONS:

In saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat. Add sugar, cream, butter, and salt. Cook stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or til thickened. Pour into fondue pot; place over burner.


Chocolate Nut Fondue

In saucepan, combine 1 6oz pkg chocolate pieces, 1/2 c sugar, and 1/2 c milk. Cook stirring constantly, till chocolate melted. Add 1/2 c chunky peanut butter; mix well. Pour into fondue pot; place over burner.
