Baked Pineapple

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c. margarine

1 c. sugar scant (a little less than a cup)

4 eggs

1 can crushed pineapple (1lb 4 oz size)

5 slices bread broken


DIRECTIONS:

Cream butter and sugar; beat eggs 1 at a time into cream mix. Stir in pineapple with juice. Fold in bread pieces. Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole ad bake at 350 degrees for about 50-60 minutes. Serves 8-10.
