Chocolate Chess Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 stick margarine

1 sq. unsweetened chocolate

1 c. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

8-inch pie shell


Note: If you don't have baking chocolate, use 3 T cocoa & 1 T butter or shortening.


DIRECTIONS:

Melt chocolate and margarine together. Cool. Cream eggs and vanilla together. Add chocolate and margarine together. Beat for 1 minute at high speed. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
