Raspberry Bavarian Mold

INGREDIENTS:
1 10oz pkg frozen red raspberries, thawed
1 3 oz pkg red raspberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 T. lemon juice
dash salt
1 6oz can (2/3 c) evaporated milk, chilled, icy cold
DIRECTIONS:
Drain berries, reserving syrup. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add syrup, lemon juice and salt. Chill till partially set. Add milk. Beat at high speed on mixer till fluffy and mixture mounds slightly when spooned. Fold in berries. Pour into 1 1/2 qt mold. Chill firm. Unmold and trim with dessert topping, if desired. Serves 6-8.
