Potato Soup

Peel and dice potatoes. Boil until very done. DO NOT DRAIN. Add butter - about a stick's worth. Add milk to make enough for everyone.

This is the basic way. You can cook onion and celery with the potatoes for seasoning. Celery or celery salt. Don’t forget the salt.

When we lived in Virginia we sometimes added crabmeat to the soup. Yum!
