Deconstructed Egg Roll
1 Roll Pork Sausage
2 C Diced Shrimp
1 Head of Cabbage Shredded
½ C Matchstick Carrots
Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp and 1 Tsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp and 1 Tsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp and 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
Peel and devein shrimp. Dice into small pieces and coat with hoisin/oyster/soy sauce (1 tsp each). Brown sausage, remove from pan. Cook down cabbage adding sesame oil, water, hoisin, oyster and soy sauce. Once completely cooked down add carrots and shrimp and cover. Once shrimp is pink add cooked sausage. Mix and taste. Add more of the sauces if necessary. I will usually serve using lettuce leaves to make wraps.
