Cannoli Dip

1 C Marscapone Cheese

2 C Ricotta Cheese

1 ½ C Confectioner’s Sugar

Mini Chocolate Chips (eyeball)

Any of the following for dipping: Pizzelle cookies, waffle cone pieces, cinnamon-sugar pita chips, wafer cookies.

Mix marscapone and ricotta using hand mixer. Once smooth add in confectioner’s sugar a little at a time. Once fully mixed fold in chocolate chips. Let refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
