Sausage Rice Casserole
1 lb sausage
1 can mushrooms (optional)
milk
1 can mushroom soup
2-4 servings rice
Brown 1 lb sausage and drain fat off. Combine in casserole dish with 1 can mushroom soup, mushrooms, rice, and enough milk to make it sloppy. Bake at 350 degrees until it looks done. Make sure rice is tender.
