Mississippi Mud Cake

2 c. sugar

1 c. oil

4 eggs

1 1/2 c. flour

1/4 t salt

1/3 c. cocoa

3t vanilla

1 c. chopped pecans

marshmallows

Cream together sugar, oil, and eggs in bowl. Add flour, salt, and cocoa; mix well. Add vanilla and pecans. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until it tests done. Top with marshmallows. Bake 5 minutes more.

Combine:

2 sticks margarine, softened

1/2 c. evaporated milk

1t vanilla

1 box confectioner's sugar

1/2 c. cocoa

Mix well and spread on cooked cake.
