Lasagna

Brown 1 lb ground beef. Pour off grease. Add 1 lb can of tomatoes (crushed work well), some garlic powder, 1 6oz can of tomato paste. Cook about 30 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix 1 container cottage cheese, 3 eggs and some parmesan cheese. In a 9x13 pan layer ingredients. Start with just a little sauce to cover the bottom. Then a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, cottage cheese mix, shredded mozzarella (use as much as you want). Add meat sauce. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
