Freezer Pickles

Cover with water and ice cubes and let set for 2 hours:

2 qt. thin sliced cucumbers

2 large onions

2 T salt

Boil for 2 minutes:

3 c. sugar

2 c. vinegar

2 T celery seed

Let cool. Drain cucumbers and onions; do not rinse. Place in plastic containers and pour syrup over top of containers, then cover. May be frozen or refrigerated.
