Filled Cupcakes

Combine for batter:

1 1/2 c. flour

1 c. sugar

1/4 c. cocoa

1t baking soda

1/2 t salt

Add:

1 c. water

1/2 c. oil

2t vanilla

Filling:

1 c. cream cheese (8oz)

1 egg

1/2 c. sugar

1/8 t salt

6 oz chocolate chips

Beat ingredients. Add 6 oz. chocolate chips.

Beat until combined into a thin batter. Fill paper cups 1/2 full of batter and top each with a heaping teaspoon f finning. Sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 24. Recipe from Kathy DeChellis.
