Apple Kraut Pork

INGREDIENTS:
3 1/2 c kraut
2 c chopped apples
1 c chopped celery
1 medium chopped onion
2 T brown sugar
salt & pepper
Brown pork chops just until they're not pink. Combine ingredients. Layer in baking pan, covering pork with the mixture. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
