Ranch Pudding

1 c brown sugar

2 c water

2T butter

3/4 brown sugar

1/3 c milk

1 1/4 c Bisquick

1t vanilla

1 c raisins (optional)

1/2 - 1 c chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Boil 5 minutes. Pour into 8-inch pan. Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl. Spoon onto the sugar mix. Bake 40-45 minutes. Serve warm. 9 servings.
