Parmesan Zucchini
Melt a bunch of butter on a cookie sheet in a heating oven. Remove from oven. Dip and flip zucchini rounds on pan and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 400 degrees until tender and cheese is browning. Use any shredded cheese if you don't have parmesan
That is mom's version. The recipe says to place zucchini rounds on a cookie sheet and spritz with sprayable butter and add parmesan.
