Glazed Corned Beef

1 large corned beef brisket 6-10lbs - I've never had one this big. Use seasonings that come with it.

Cover brisket and seasonings with water in large pot. Bring to a boil and skim off the foam. Simmer covered for 3 hours or until tender. Allow to cool in water for 30 minutes.

Combine the following:

3/4 c brown sugar

1T dry mustard

1T vinegar

glazed brisket

Roast at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
